HAVE A 2010 FULL OF BLESSINGS
a couple of months I have been absent from this site, even if not I will return these reflections, however I can not let this year end without writing something, however small.
few days remain to the end of this year, and as every thing that comes to an end, for many it's time counts, balances, highlighting the positive, learn from the negative, etc ... For me as
for many, I think this has been a year of ups and downs, good decisions and also of the other, but if there's anything I can be sure, is that despite what may have been darker than my view of the facts some point, God has fulfilled his promise, he has been faithful, He has not abandoned me, even in those moments when its own decision what I wanted out of my day to day, he never left me, I always protected and remains me.
this year if it should be summarized in a nutshell, I can only say, "THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR LOYALTY"
And my wish for 2010 that will arrive soon and I want to leave through the Psalm 37:4-5 says
"Delight in the Lord, and give you the desires of your heart.
Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust him and he will"
Best wishes for the year that comes
"The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you" (2 Corinthians 13:14)

The Lord is our refuge
Today we live in a world that operates at an incredible speed, everything seems to be urgent, we become anxious about what is happening around us, we are often killed by the circumstances around us, being a Christian does not seem to make us immune to anything and we fall into the reluctance, concern and even depression.
However this situation as unfair often claim ought not be at all surprising, since Jesus said "In the world you have tribulation, but take heart I have overcome the world."
Definitely we are children of God does not mean that the problems will stay away permanently from our lives, however, sometimes increased, that's when we should hold more strongly to anyone who gives us eternal life, the one who will bring peace our life, to calm the storm, Jesus, who will give us peace that passes all understanding.
not forget that at that time, the enemy will try to exploit our weakness, and would not be surprising that feed feelings even lead us to believe that God has turned away from us, nothing more false than that, if something ever comes to your mind, take a word and remember the promises God has for their children, remember that we are passengers in this world and we are waiting an eternity with the Lord, the work of the cross was not in vain.
The word of God says in Psalm 9:9-10:
"The Lord will shelter the poor,
Refuge in times of trouble.
trust in you who know your name,
for thou, O LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. "

Living in Peace
If possible, and that depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
not take revenge, my friends, but leave the punishment in the hands of God, for it is written: "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, saith the Lord.
Rather, "If your enemy is hungry, feed him, if he is thirsty, give him drink. By doing so, you will heap coals on his head."
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome the evil with good. (Romans 12:18-21)
If possible, and that depends on you, live peaceably with all , interesting that this verse, Paul is very clear about what we will live often live in peace with other people does not depend on us, and that is why these recommendations are as valid at that time as today, nobody has said that the Christian life is easy and Many times we have had to live in the flesh, but simple at the same time, much as depends on us to live in peace with everyone, we are not called upon to interrupt the peace, but sometimes we feel violated, past to lead, we must act wisely, be obedient and live a life of blessing, to bless us but also those who may wish us harm, after all we are only doing what God asks.

Vengeance is mine saith the Lord, let him act on it, there will be times that seem silly, let us run over even by those who apparently are our brothers in Christ, but you know, trust the word and it says Vengeance is mine, let the Lord who exercises his justice is perfect, no matter what we do not for us, because we can be wrong.
Example we act for those who want to humiliate us, end up imposing our testimony, God calls us to act as Christians, not to get carried away by evil, by contrast, we overcome evil with good, if not, what is the difference with those who have not received?

TO THE UNKNOWN GOD
Chapter 17 of Acts reveals the apostle Paul in Athens, more precisely in the Areopagus, being in that place, the following inscription on an altar: TO GOD UNKNOWN , holding her Paul begins to preach, certainly does so in a masterful way, could not be otherwise, given where he was and the audience was even quoted excerpts from writings known to the Athenians (vs. 28 quoted the Cretan poet Epimenides), only with the objective that these men lost their religiosity that God knew they did not know the result, the truth does not differ much from today we could see to a good sermon, some mocked by many stakeholders from the manifest intellectual point of view and some thought as in the case of Dionysius and Damaris.
like Paul in Athens, today we are called to preach to the same God, God is not known, many say, but today perfectly know that God, and I wonder, do you really know? Or just an image but we have made God.
Among the Athenians of Paul's time and today's world there is no major difference in religiosity, many without knowing or accept it, go in search of God and this product offering is multiple gods and religions and varied, however, the only true God, the Almighty is still unknown and the God as happened in the Areopagus, those who hear him laugh sometimes, sometimes not interested unless you accept and agree.
Worse still is what happens to some who say they know and yet show only the as a worker of miracles, healings, the giver of prosperity, they unfortunately do not know him, just make a caricature of God for personal gain.
is our mission to show the world Jesus Christ and tell them "Nowhere else is there salvation" (Acts 4:12), "there is no other mediator between God and men" (1 Timoteo2: 5), "which who believes in him, even though he live "(John 11:25)," That Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one will go to the Father except through him "(John 14:6), when you know, "know the truth and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32).
Our God is a god Moreover, he is the GREAT I AM , which gives us life and life in abundance, which promises to lead us beyond death.

Can You Wear Moccasins In The Summer
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, present your requests to God and give thanks. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. "(Philippians 4:6-7)
Some days are strange, we all have those days sometimes, those days when everything seems to discourage you, you think in the past and do not explain certain situations , which yearn to be serving in a different way, however it seems that you're stuck, when you think you have much to share and yet can not find where or with whom, it seems that your time is up and others take your place.
however, came to me this piece of writing, which many times I have read and encouraged, but now I do especially mine, and I thank God for his word, by the wise advice that I find in it for reminding me that I am his son and depend on Him
that this process is also not my exclusive, however, many have gone or are going, I encourage you to use the one that will not leave us, the that will guide us while we walk in the valley of the shadow of death, one who is sovereign over all things, the one worthy to receive all the Honor and Glory, which will give us peace that surpasses all understanding, our God and Lord.

Best Wine
the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, Jesus' mother was there.
were also invited to the wedding Jesus and his disciples.
When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said: They have no wine.
Woman, what does that have to do with me? Jesus replied. Not yet my time.
His mother told the servants: Do whatever he tells you.
Now there were six stone water jars, of which the Jews used in purification ceremonies. Each could hold one hundred liters.
Jesus told the servants, "Fill the jars with water. The jars had been filled to the brim.
Now draw a bit and take it to the master of ceremonies told Jesus. They did.
The master of the banquet tasted the water into wine without knowing where it came from, although they knew the servants who had drawn the water. Then he called the bridegroom aside and said, "Everyone serves the best wine first, and when the guests have well drunk, then used the cheapest, but you've saved the best until now. (John 2:1-10)
few years ago I shared this passage from the pulpit writing, which talks about the first miracle of Jesus, the Word shows us how he responds to an urgent need for the best way, perhaps we could think that there is a great miracle compared to what he would do later, without But I think partly it reveals the attitude of Jesus to the needs of man, he turns water into wine and thus fills a need, but let's see which way he fills these needs.
Jesus after turning water into wine is put to the test, says take it to the master of ceremonies, not knowing where it came from the impact test and goes where the husband and says, kept the good wine the end, the Bible does not say what was the response of the husband, but it probably also had some surprise at this fact.
Jesus turning water into wine, to meet that need, not just wine, but it became the became the best wine, and Jesus responded to the needs at that time and so does today, at the time fair and the best answer.
But I take the liberty to draw a parallel with our attitude today, how many times we turn to God in prayer and then began a brief greeting to our list of needs or requests and please do not misunderstand, not I say we can not do, but the issue is How do we do?, Often dare to suggest the answer to our request, an attitude very different from what we see for example the mother of Jesus, she turned to see the problem your child knowing that he could do something, but never told to do, however, and despite the way we speak to the Father, he listens to his immeasurable patience and we even answer requests, sometimes hurried to the Lord and we are waiting for our response and our time, I say something, the answer is always the perfect time.
often do not let God work his will, but we want to impose our own and we forget that God's response to our need will be the best, like wine, was the best, we forget to do what his mother at the wedding in Cana, submit to his will and have faith.
I tell them that God wants to give us a PERFECT RESPONSE TO OUR NEEDS, why not try it, when you converse with him say, Lord this is my problem, my need, you have the best solution to me I have some, but only you have that perfect, you work in the perfect tense and the perfect solution and always remember that what we think may be a delay in his mercy does not mean a rejection of our prayers, every time need to deliver a remember that the Lord wants to give you the best wine, just waiting "THE PERFECT RESPONSE TO OUR NEEDS JESUS"

I tell them that God wants to give us a PERFECT RESPONSE TO OUR NEEDS, why not try it, when you converse with him say, Lord this is my problem, my need, you have the best solution to me I have some, but only you have that perfect, you work in the perfect tense and the perfect solution and always remember that what we think may be a delay in his mercy does not mean a rejection of our prayers, every time need to deliver a remember that the Lord wants to give you the best wine, just waiting "THE PERFECT RESPONSE TO OUR NEEDS JESUS"
the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, Jesus' mother was there. were also invited to the wedding Jesus and his disciples.

That light shines in the darkness
I remember a dark winter afternoon two years ago ago, I was in my office and went outside to look like hail, then looked at the sky and it was covered with dark clouds, however, after a few minutes in the midst of these dark clouds opened up a clear, revealing a beautiful blue sky, but where I was standing still raining heavily.
This led me to reflect about our life often resembles that winter afternoon.
How many times have we gone through bad times?, Maybe if you're now going through a valley of the shadow, where nothing seems to work, the problems overwhelm you, health is not going well, problems at work or simply no work pressures, many believe they can understand what I mean and my insurance is not the only thing that has happened, there are periods when everything looks like those black clouds, however, in the midst of darkness there is always a light , and in our case that light is Christ.
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, made his light shine in our heart so that knowledge of the glory of God shining in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all surpassing power is from God and not us. We are afflicted in every way, but not downcast, perplexed, but not in despair, persecuted but not abandoned struck down, but not destroyed. Wherever we go, always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that your life is manifested in our body. (2 Corinthians 4:6-10).
God the Creator, the only God tells us that made his light shine in our hearts we knew his glory, we are these vessels of clay and He wants to show His power and love through us.
Nobody has said that because the problems do not come Christians, who preach that is not preaching the word of God, what if the Bible is that God is on our side and will not abandon us, look at what it tells us the Writing:
troubled - but not killed
Perplexed - but not in despair Persecuted
-
Knocked down but not abandoned - but not destroyed
The word of God is full of promise in that he will protect us
Psalm 3:1-3 "Many, O Lord, my enemies are many who oppose me, and many people say to me: God does not saved. But you, Lord, surround me a shield, you are my glory, you keep my head up high! "
Psalm 27:1-3" The Lord is my light and my salvation- whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, whom shall I be afraid? When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart shall not fear, though war break out against me, will I be confident. "
Psalm 40:17" And to me, poor and needy, may the Lord take me into account. You are my help and my deliverer, do not delay, my God! "
just want to send a message of faith and hope for this time of crisis, God is faithful, never forsake us.
"For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not calamity to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to, and I will listen. Seek me and find me when you seek me with all my heart. "(Jeremiah 29:11-13)
As happened that dark winter afternoon, for those who love the Lord will always be a light, Christ is our light, if we march taken out of his hand, need not fear, do not try to fight alone, if God himself promises not to leave us, " Why let go of his hand?, when he sent us to the world in the great commission of Matthew 28 he said, "I am with you until the end of the world" and if you think that's enough, read Psalm 48: 14, says he will lead us even beyond death.
And finally, "If God is with us who can be against us?
God Bless

By His Grace, let us not forget
"Blessed is he who is forgiven his transgressions, to whom their sins erased. Blessed is he whom the Lord does not take into account their iniquity and in whose spirit is no deceit." (Psalm 32:1-2)
This psalm is quoted by the apostle Paul in Romans 4:6-8 and uses it to argue positions that will not win in the eyes of God based on our works, but God has justice on the basis of faith.
The Bible says in Ephesians, "For by grace are ye saved through faith and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God" today unfortunately often Christians fall into despair because of the "human justice" situation exists even within our churches, I invite you to put our eyes on the real doer of justice, the just Judge, our Lord and Saviour, great I AM, cheer up!, because we have a real and living God, never forget to whom we have placed our faith, that the world will not subside becomings our passion for Christ.
"I sought the Lord, and he told me he delivered me from all my fears.
Radiant are those who look to him, their faces are never covered with shame.
This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved me from all their troubles. The angel of the Lord camping around those who fear him, and beside her is to deliver them. "(Psalm 34:4-7)

" END OF THE WORLD? Who says
This weekend that just passed was much rain and cold, so I spent some time watching TV, and it caught my attention in more than one channel is played issues to the world, prophecies of Nostradamus and other gentlemen who know, moreover appeared in Chile a character saying that June 29 would be a great earthquake, with the appearance of a volcano off the coast of Chile and therefore a large tsunami, needless to say that nothing happened.
At issue has been recurrent in recent times, and many set as the date of the end of the world in 2012, who say the Mayans and Nostradamus or any light that appears around, maybe if the saddest thing of this is many people believe in these individuals, however, do not bother to read the Bible.
In my case I prefer to take what it says Jesus in Matthew 24:36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. "
I am left alone with that verse with the aim of highlighting everything is in the hands of the one God, the Almighty, the Omniscient, the Great I AM He urges us to be vigilant for signs, and many of them have been fulfilled, but our work as Christians rather than talk about the end times, no doubt it is closer every day, is to focus on preaching the good news of salvation, that God manifested as man through Jesus who died and rose for our sakes, and if you recognize him as our Lord and Savior will be forever at his side; When? At death our body, or at the time of being caught when the Lord comes for His Church, the important thing is that we will be with him.
Focus on the truth, Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me" , let us keep our north are called to preach the gospel, after all those past profetitas and this is nothing more than instruments of Satan, and a clear sign of the times we live
Finally I share Paul's instructions to Timothy, which today are more relevant than ever:
"In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who coming in his kingdom and to judge the living and the dead, I give you this charge: Preach the Word
, persists in it, whether or not timely, correct, rebuke and encourage-with great patience and careful instruction.
For the time will come that will not tolerate sound doctrine but, to suit their own desires, will surround themselves with teachers who say what their itching ears want to hear. Cease to hear the truth and turn aside to mitos.Tú, however, be prudent in all situations, endure suffering, take up the evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. "(2 Timothy 4:1 -5)

Why believe in God?
public What follows is not my responsibility, however, I must confess that caused me great pride when I read it, why? Well my daughter was Javier who wrote and asked me to read it, she one day to meet its 16 years had been chosen to share a devotional with some young, more specifically with the worship team where she participates, is certainly not is a theological treatise but a sincere and simple of a young woman when asked why we believe in God?, well, without further ado I will share the theme of my daughter, which brackets the public with permission. Why believe in God?
often do not know or do not ask why we believe in God, what is our motivation to believe in it, or simply because you believe, a few days ago someone asked me why I believed in God, why they I praise him? The truth is that at first I was plop, as he did not know that answer, but then I knew why.
What is the first word that comes to your mind when you think about God? Love, King of all, Vibrator, loves us, forgives etc ... Here are some features of it:
1 .- God is our friend
John 15:13-15 says that God is our friend, better than that, a friend is much more than an acquaintance, is one who puts his life on the other, and God did, he is our friend.
2 .- God sent his son to forgive our sins
1 John 4:9-10 is a well-known verse, but it never hurts to remember, says that God sent his son and this proved love toward us, sending his son to forgive us our sins, what parent would do that with your child? Only him.
3 .- Jesus was a servant, we also serve our neighbor
Marcos 10:45 teaches us that we must serve others, Jesus was a servant, was always with them to give his life and we should follow that example, John 13:14 tells us the same.
4 .- We must thank God
Ephesians 1:1-14 teaches us that He chose us before the foundation of the world, God took a tweezers and put us to him, he chose us .
We are adopted by God, and what better than to be adopted by the more pro-God, he is everything to the praise of his glory redemption and forgiveness of sins, forgives us and we always clean again, we unveiled the mystery their will and predestined according to his purpose, also tells us that we are sealed by the promise of God is the Holy Spirit.
With so many good things God gives us and said why not believe in Him?
Romans 12:9-21 reads as follows: "Love must be sincere. Hate evil, hold fast to the good. Love one another with brotherly love, respect and honor each other. Never be diligent , but rather, serve the Lord with the fervor of the Spirit. Rejoice in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Help those in need. Practice hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. Live in harmony with each other. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with the lowly. Do not be conceited they know. Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Try to do good in front of everyone. If possible, and that depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave the punishment in the hands of God, for it is written: "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, saith the Lord. Rather, "If your enemy is hungry, feed him, if he is thirsty, give him drink. By doing so, you will heap coals on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, on the contrary, overcome evil with good. "
This is God's purpose for our life is what you want to do.
The passage from Ephesians 2:1-13 shows us how God gave us life when we were in total destruction, he is always with us and tells us we are His workmanship.
Matthew 22:37 teaches us the first commandment "Thou shalt love the Lord your God with all" , glorify and love God with all ours, the first commandment and I assure you there's nothing like not believing in a God who always gives us love.
I leave you to read some text after it will say AS NOT BELIEVE IT!
Romans 3:24 Romans 8:1-2 We are justified awaits No condemnation 1 Corinthians 1:2

Oh Lord, teach me your ways, so I follow him faithfully. make my heart honor your name. (Psalm 86:11)
The world today is full of lights that can blind us, yet we Christians are called to be integrated, and that integrity is keeping his eyes on Jesus, definitely something simple say, but not so simple when you put it into practice.
As I said, is attracting today's world, just around every corner there are distractions that divert us from our north, we deviate from our target, which is Christ.
Integrity, like many things in believer's life is related to worship, you can not pretend to be a worshiper if there is no integrity in your life.
Many associate worship with some form of singing or with some moments of prayer and intimacy with God, but worship is far more than that, and nothing is more related to lifestyle, the center of worship are not us do what we do, the center of worship is Jesus, the whole is Jesus, not about you or me, but Jesus.
The word integrity means without division and that God calls us to have a heart without division devoted to him, with eyes fixed on Jesus.
Our Integrity is more concerning Jesus, from start to finish Jesus revealed a wholehearted, fully committed to the Father and with his will.
true worshipers and complete follow your example, nothing distracts or distances them from their ultimate goal, giving glory to God, as men comply with the measure of Christ, reach spiritual maturity.
Jesus on the road to the cross could have said no, this is not for me and had the power to do so, however, he keeps his heart of all who would deflect it, was willing to meet the mandated, he is intact and we as children of God, worshiping integrity are called to do same.
Jesus not only came to bring salvation, also came to issue guidelines to tell us and show us how we should be, to be an example, is up to us to follow
As worshipers need to have hearts integrity uncontaminated protect us from everything you're looking away the path of pure worship, and the best way to do it everyday intimacy with our Father, sometimes the things that separate us from the worship is good in itself, remember Mary and Martha (Luke 10:38-42 ) , no one has said that what Martha was doing was wrong, only that what Mary did was better, not to neglect the best, it is to sit at the feet of Jesus and worship Him
is perfectly possible to work very hard in God's work while maintaining a passionate and intimate relationship with Him, Jesus did, we must never leave out those moments of intimacy with God.
priority will always be divine "worship first and second serve"
That nothing in this land divide our hearts, "I am crucified with Christ, I no longer live, Christ lives in me"
Every day we our faith is tested in a corrupt system, the only way to maintain our integrity is through intimacy and worship
That at the end of our days, we can say like Paul to Timothy
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Moreover, I is the crown of righteousness, which will give me the Lord, the righteous judge, at that day: and not only me but also to all who love his appearing. "
