I remember a dark winter afternoon two years ago ago, I was in my office and went outside to look like hail, then looked at the sky and it was covered with dark clouds, however, after a few minutes in the midst of these dark clouds opened up a clear, revealing a beautiful blue sky, but where I was standing still raining heavily. This led me to reflect about our life often resembles that winter afternoon.
How many times have we gone through bad times?, Maybe if you're now going through a valley of the shadow, where nothing seems to work, the problems overwhelm you, health is not going well, problems at work or simply no work pressures, many believe they can understand what I mean and my insurance is not the only thing that has happened, there are periods when everything looks like those black clouds, however, in the midst of darkness there is always a light , and in our case that light is Christ.
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, made his light shine in our heart so that knowledge of the glory of God shining in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all surpassing power is from God and not us. We are afflicted in every way, but not downcast, perplexed, but not in despair, persecuted but not abandoned struck down, but not destroyed. Wherever we go, always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that your life is manifested in our body. (2 Corinthians 4:6-10).
God the Creator, the only God tells us that made his light shine in our hearts we knew his glory, we are these vessels of clay and He wants to show His power and love through us.
Nobody has said that because the problems do not come Christians, who preach that is not preaching the word of God, what if the Bible is that God is on our side and will not abandon us, look at what it tells us the Writing:
troubled - but not killed
Perplexed - but not in despair Persecuted
-
Knocked down but not abandoned - but not destroyed
The word of God is full of promise in that he will protect us
Psalm 3:1-3 "Many, O Lord, my enemies are many who oppose me, and many people say to me: God does not saved. But you, Lord, surround me a shield, you are my glory, you keep my head up high! "
Psalm 27:1-3" The Lord is my light and my salvation- whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, whom shall I be afraid? When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart shall not fear, though war break out against me, will I be confident. "
Psalm 40:17" And to me, poor and needy, may the Lord take me into account. You are my help and my deliverer, do not delay, my God! "
just want to send a message of faith and hope for this time of crisis, God is faithful, never forsake us.
"For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not calamity to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to, and I will listen. Seek me and find me when you seek me with all my heart. "(Jeremiah 29:11-13)
As happened that dark winter afternoon, for those who love the Lord will always be a light, Christ is our light, if we march taken out of his hand, need not fear, do not try to fight alone, if God himself promises not to leave us, " Why let go of his hand?, when he sent us to the world in the great commission of Matthew 28 he said, "I am with you until the end of the world" and if you think that's enough, read Psalm 48: 14, says he will lead us even beyond death.
And finally, "If God is with us who can be against us?
God Bless
